Favorite AC Investigation

Lately I have been watching videos that get my attention, videos that matter. Watching my favorite show in the entire world;  Air Crash Investigation. I like watching Air Crash Investigation...  drinking a hot coffee and enjoying the information given. Most of the time I find some episodes really hard to watch. It's bad for those who fear to fly. Personally I have a lot of confidence in airplanes, they are reliable and hardly  let a flight down. I am not one brave person, ...  A disaster hasn't happen to me, so I haven't put myself to the test. But I do think that when a mentality expects the worst and know the right procedures, it's easier to find a way to safety.

When I hear about aircraft disasters..... I always want to know what contributed to such tragedies. Sadly, it sometimes takes years for the safety board/investigators to find the real answers.

I should be an aviation safety contributor, that way I could experience first hand. Cap Chesley Sullenberger is also an aviation safety contributor. He helps out to improve the aviation safety by helping others master the unknown.
And that would take a lot of knowledge and flight hours.

My favorite episode of Air Crash Investigation is,  Frozen In Flight for the fact that it was different from other episodes. It was  more of an aircraft problem than a typical pilot error. It made a lot of sense why to improve those aircraft's. It took a big dive to find the real truth, but for now, the types have flown without a similar problem.
