Alert, observing, thinking ahead of time, and making calculations. ..They always strive to provide the best air traffic flow and yet not many know that besides a pilot, acknowledgements are given by an ATC. I know how ATC’s function and how they start a shift proving only excellence. They work hard to bring airplanes safely down to the ramp, avoiding runway incursions and mid- air disasters.
